Balance looked forward to Bollywood movie Roy starring Arjun Rampal, Ranbir Kapoor and Jacqueline Fernandez finally hits the cinemas and ideas provide you with a first-hands overview of the film Roy.

Directed by debutant director Vikramjit Singh, Roy is surely a romantic thriller with a mixture of action, suspense and romance which is really an uncommon factor in Bollywood.

  • PLOT: To discuss the plot from the movie Roy, Arjun Rampal (Kabir Grewal) plays the function of the effective film-maker while, Ranbir Kapoor (Roy) is viewed as a wise mysterious crook and lovely Jacqueline Fernandez oddly enough has double roles within the film. While, Ranbir Kapoor makes money by robbery and that he remains untraceable through the police,

Arjun Rampal makes lots of money by looking into making films around the existence of Roy, which become super-hits in the Box Office. Jacqueline Fernandez (Ayesha) also seems like a film-maker and will get mingled with Arjun Rampal who carries a picture of the play-boy. While, the first area of the movie Roy is mainly about Arjun Rampal and Jacqueline Fernandez's romance, the video becomes interesting like a love triangular commences, with several mysteries connected with Jacqueline Fernandez and Ranbir Kapoor getting unfolded.

  • Performance: Director Vikramjit Singh tried to create something unorthodox using the movie Roy having a superb star-cast, obviously. Speaking concerning the performance, Arjun Rampal dons the function of the proud, arrogant and effective film-maker pretty much by having an attitude. Ranbir Kapoor like a charming and wise crook keeps the mystery in the character intact throughout the film, though his presence within the film is pretty short.

Jacqueline Fernandez, aside from adding glamour quotient towards the film Roy, also offers enough scope to demonstrate her prowess being an actress and also the diva does considerable justice to her role. Apart from Arjun, Ranbir and Jacqueline, Anupam Kher (as Kabir's father) and Shibani Dandekar (Zoya) also justified their roles. Like a director, Vikramjit Singh attempted to include all of the necessary elements within the movie Roy which are needed with an entertaining Bollywood film. Aside from the strong star-cast along with a gripping story-line, Roy provides you with with a few eye-catching locations and soothing music.
  • Loopholes: However, the film Roy isn't lacking of some loopholes. A few of the transitions are little confusing while, certain moments seem to be unnecessarily forced making the 147 minutes lengthy movie somewhat pulled. Verdict: Inside a nut spend, Vikramjit Singh's Roy starring Arjun Rampal, Ranbir Kapoor and Jacqueline Fernandez could be a good watch, both to celebrate Valentine's too for individuals who love thrill.
