A couple of days ago we reported to you the latest gossip that Alia Bhatt was not dating Arjun Kapoor or Varun Dhawan but is in fact dating Sidharth Malhotra. Turns out, this so called gossip is actually true and that the couple are actually quite serious about each other. They have been friends from the time they started shooting Student Of The Year but it was much recently did the friendship get a romance angle.
It is said that earlier, they never looked at each other that way, like they could be the two people who could date each other. Turns out it was Karan Johar who played cupid between these new lovers through the parties he often hosts. What started off as casual flirting turned into something more meaningful. According to reports Alia was nursing a broken heart from a previous relationship and soon turned to Sid as a friend.
The two didn't realize they would end up falling for each other that soon. Sadly the duo got busy with their respective movies and have been able to meet etc. However Sidharth has managed to stay in touch with her through phone and end up chatting for hours together. We hope this couple's blossoming love stays like that forever!
