Hrithik Roshan officially parts ways with ex wife Sussanne Roshan

Estranged couple- Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Roshan has border lined all hopes of a possible patch up by officially ending their wedlock. The couple was granted the mutual divorce today by a Mumbai based Bandra family court today.
The divorce has been divided amicably, said Sussane Khan’s lawyer, Mrunalini Deshmukh. According to an article published in DNA a few months back, an insider suggested that Sussanne has asked for close to Rs. 100 crores to get out of the marriage.
Reliable sources close to the ex-couple told Daily Bhaskar that Hrithik will take care of children’s day-to-day necessities and will provide hefty fix deposits for them which will mature after 18 years.
“Sussanne will get a terrace flat, two cars and monthly maintenance for a lifetime for herself and kids Hrehaan and Hridaan. Sussanne will have their custody till the two children turn 18,” the sources added.

But statement by Advocate Deshmukh claim that, the decision over alimony has been close guarded as it is to be kept personal. On the other hand, Advocate Dipesh Mehta, who was the lawyer of 40 years old actor, said that the custody of ex couple’s children will be a joint one i.e. both of them will have the authority to raise the children equally. #daily.bhaskar
