Sometimes we chase what is not meant for us by ignoring the real beauty that is already around us. We do not bother to asses the blessings we have gifted. The desire to go beyond what we already have can be misleading. It can make us chase the path that leads to regret in the end.
Addicted (2014) shows up a tale of a blessed woman who fails to assess her blessings and do not pay gratitude. Hence, she picks up a path that makes her life full of regret and guilt.

Zoe is the key character of the Addicted (2014). Zoe is a woman who has every thing in her life. She is happily married a few years ago. Now she has cute little three children. Their life is much beautiful due to the kids. The next thing Zoe has is a potential career as well. Zoe and her husband are professionals and are much satisfied with their respective jobs. They are happy family; one must call them. The days pass and the daily routine start sounding stereotype to Zoe.
All she has to exercise throughout day is giving attention to her work, then kids and home and that is all. This makes Zoe desperate from inside and she finds refuge in developing relationship with another man. Zoe gets too much closer to that man and gradually she starts sleeping with him. The physical intimacy feels too delightful to Zoe and she becomes addicted to sleeping with that man. The taste of new relationship makes her fuddle and she cannot help to figure out what she is up to now. Her pleasured addiction is going to cost her too heavy soon. She may have to pay her relations and even her life as well.
